How do I create a bulleted or ordered list in v5? It seems typing a dash will create a bulleted list, but I don't see it in the menu any longer.

Also, it appears I can type a 1. then a space and it will create an ordered list, but also not in the menu.

At least for the bulleted lists, I have a lot of computer-challenged users that will not know how to do that.

Are these options we can add in the editor?

Can click the + icon in the toolbar to get all the various items there.
