A number of my members are receiving errors when logging in - an example of which, when I use to function to log in as a member, is:

I don't use Sendgrid

I am on Cloud

Using V5 (latest patch applied)

Happenign on Safari and Chrome browsers

Any ideas?

Thanks Marc,

Appreciate this is on the bug tracker (thanks for pointing that out), but it would seem all of my members are getting this now - including myself as the admin, so I can't login or manage the site at all! Fundamentally, the site is broken for all now. 😬

I have tried setting Privacy and Terms to 'none', but it is still happening.

Any suggestions, or could somebody take a look at it for me?

Have emailed support regarding this.

I've had to put my site offline now as everybody (including admin) are getting errors and not able to get beyond the error or use the front end site. I was getting a torrent of emails from people unable to access the site and confused by a persistent error when logged in. 😬🫣

Hopefully something can be done quicker for us beyond just the bug report being worked on and it being fixed in the next patch. This is quite a fundamental error now.

Please check the support section of your admin CP. We have a patch out that resolves the issue you are having :)
