Posted January 2Jan 2 Good evening, Would it be possible to get an additional test license for 48 hours to test a new VPS for my community before committing to a full migration and finding issues etc. I have used my test license on my domain but need to test on a temporary domain while I move over next week. January 2Jan 2 We are unable to issue multiple test locations, as its simply how the license system works. You would need to remove one test instance in order to add another

Before you can change the URL, you must first remove the existing installation. Is it not possible to have Live instance at www.a.com Test instance at www.b.com

January 15Jan 15 Its intentionally doing this. Your test location should stay your test location, unless you move your site entirely and no longer have the domain you were using. We usually advise on using a subdomain, so you can point this to wherever you need

I had to temporarily change the test domain while testing a new VPS I was deploying for my forum before migration, so I had to change the domain twice. This will be the last time for at least the next 3 - 4 years.
