Hi all. Could not find topics about how to let the new owner of my webforum take over the licensing here in the forum or in support.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Self-hosted licenses are not transferrable as per EULA unfortunately. 

So... download database end rebuild then I guess

Licenses are indeed non-transferrable. If someone else is taking over the site, they would need to purchase a license to add to the site
