Janeric Posted November 18 Posted November 18 I have done many forum installations but this morning I encountered an error I have never encountered before when I try to run the installer. Any suggestions will be appreciated, I am sure I am overthinking it and am blind for it. The server cannot find the requested page: name/admin/install (port 443) The Install folder is there.
Jim M Posted November 18 Posted November 18 I would suggest contacting your hosting provider or server administrator to ensure you're looking at the right path. That would indicate that the files were uploaded to an incorrect path or not all were uploaded (namely the index.php) If the correct path is being used to the URL mentioned, you would want to check permissions and ownership. If all the above checks out, there would be a server configuration issue.
