Posted November 13, 2024Nov 13 After an update on our platform today, everything is working well, expect that our section 'Support Requests' in AdminCP is not allowing people to: 1-Start a new request 2-Is showing current (open) requests as unreadable code as below. Any help would be much appreciated!

Any help would be much appreciated! Hello, We've identified the cause of the issue, we'll have a patch available shortly. I'll reply here when it's available.
November 14, 2024Nov 14 Community Expert Solution Thank you so much! We have released a patch to address this issue. Please go to AdminCP > System > Support and apply the patch from the first/top left box. If you do not see an option to install the patch, you already have the latest release.
