Hello there, where can I find in v5 Forum view option. It s not more under Forum Settings

Click on your profil, go to Theme Editor, on the right side who just opened, go to Page Layout.

I really dislike having this setting hidden away under several layers. I usually view in table mode and then switch to fluid when I want a quick overview of all the new topics. Being able to quickly toggle between those options is important to me. Effectively, hiding the setting away is disabling the user's ability to select a view, since it takes so much effort to get there.

You could create two themes, with the preset views set differently. You could restrict one to admin only if you wanted to toggle between them without it being an option for everyone.

It still takes several clicks and a scroll to the bottom of the page for one of the most frequently used controls.

Highly disagree that it's "one of the most frequently used controls".
