bradl Posted October 4 Posted October 4 I understand that we are on the last legs of shipping being supported. If it is still supported until stricken from the code base, my members are reporting an issue with an available shipping rate ($0 free, pick up at meeting) not displaying for them at checkout. I've verified this for a couple accounts. Other accounts seem fine. The trouble accounts appear to have valid primary addresses in the system and I've tried opening up the rate availability to ALL, worldwide, but they are only shown domestic and international rates from my setup. Unfortunately for us as a real-world club we do use shipping regularly for club related items 😞 Â
Solution bradl Posted October 4 Author Solution Posted October 4 (edited) Aaaaannnnd I just found what seems to be the issue. The addresses that don't work have two-letter state abbreviations instead of the full state name. If I edit their address and select from the drop-down, all is well. I'd love to proactively find and fix for members but at least I now know what to tell them. Edited October 4 by bradl Marc 1
