Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
Gary Lewis Posted October 1 Posted October 1 One of my members hid all signatures and then told me he couldn't get them back. Sure enough, I hid all signatures but when I go to my name and Ignored Users it says "There are no results to display". The snippet below is filtering by "All", but it doesn't matter what I filter by there are no results. What am I missing?
Daniel F Posted October 1 Posted October 1 There's a separate setting for this on the signatures page ( Account Settings => Signatures ) which allows you to hide them for you.
Gary Lewis Posted October 1 Author Posted October 1 Thanks, but I get "This site can’t be reached" via that link. So is this in the AdminCP?

Gary Lewis Posted October 1 Author Posted October 1 Ok, that works. Thanks. But it looks like a problem in the Invision system since if you ignore one user and it shows in Ignored Users then when you ignore all users that should show there as well.
Marc Posted October 1 Posted October 1 As mentioned by my colleague, these are in a different place for the signatures, although I understand how that could be confusing.
Gary Lewis Posted October 1 Author Posted October 1 (edited) It isn't just confusing, it is incorrect. If it shows one signature that you've ignored and then you ignore all and it says "There are no results to display" then that is not correct. It should say something like "There are too many results to show. Please go to your Account Settings & the Signature page and re-enable View Signatures".
