Invision Community 5: A video walkthrough creating a custom theme and homepage By Matt Thursday at 04:02 PM
Buttercup Posted August 21 Posted August 21 Hi again 🙂  I can't seem to get the reactions to show up on the postbit. I don't know what I am doing wrong. any help with this please?  Â
Jim M Posted August 21 Posted August 21 You will want to ensure that the member group of the user has the ability to see reactions. You may also wish to view on an unmodified theme with all third party applications/plugins if they do.

I also disabled the plugins that I have. Â Â
Jim M Posted August 21 Posted August 21 Can you please provide a post URL and member name (or ID) for a user who can't see it?

Jim M Posted August 21 Posted August 21 We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you. Â

Jim M Posted August 21 Posted August 21 Thank you. After logging in with the account on file, reactions are working as intended:Â

This would take a customization which is outside our scope of support. You would want to contact a third party provider developer for assistance if you do not know how. Buttercup 1
