Blogs in clubs are missing categories when I try and browse via the admin cp

I wanted to rename a category that is assigned to my DevOps club but I am unable to see the categories and instead this is what I see

I cleared cache on site

Tried a different browser than chrome

Out of ideas..  any guidance is most appreciated.

Have you create blog categories in the Club on the front-end? If not, you would need to do so before they can be managed there.

So I created a blog in the group DevOps and I have three categories attached to that blog in the group and I can see the categories on the front end when I create a blog post and can select any of the three categories but in the AdminCP I do not see those categories.
