Sorry, it is not clear what you are asking. Are you want to run two separate websites? If so, that would not be possible. Your license is only valid for 1 Live URL.

If you mean, you want to add multiple forum categories to your Forums application, that is doable. Please clarify and we can assist further.

In which case, the answer is no. Your licensed for use on one location only. For a second site you would need a second license
