sunrisecc Posted August 14 Posted August 14 www.harnessdriver.com. Running Invision 4 and this morning I can't log in to my control panel. The login credentials are correct but when I enter my username/password nothing happens.
Marc Posted August 14 Posted August 14 You would need to update to the latest release of the platform here. We would not really be able to provide support for the version you are running. It appears you havent updated your site in what is coming up to a decade
sunrisecc Posted August 14 Author Posted August 14 (edited) Ok TY. True I haven't updated it in a decade and I absolutely should do that. However right now I don't have the time to set aside to do that big upgrade and am just hoping that there is a solution to fix this in the meantime. Everything else on my board is working fine. Make sure you have both your files and database backed up fully Upload a fresh set of files from your client area (your site will be broken at this point) Upload the requirement checker from here - Upload the requirement checker to your server, and run this Address any items showing in the requirement checker Run the upgrader from /admin/upgrade

sunrisecc Posted August 14 Author Posted August 14 Update: My board webhost provider has fixed the problem for me. They confirmed it was some kind of bug in their PHP security software which is now fixed. All good now.
