When you click a page number or use the dropdown on our forum to go to another page, the page does not change. Reloading does not help the issue. 

 

 

 

You have a conflict, your conf_global.php URL may be set to HTTP whereas, you have a server redirect to HTTPS. You would need to ensure your conf_global.php URL is HTTPS as well.
