I added a new moderator.

He doesnt see the moderator tools. 

What did i do wrong?

 

 

 

Would check that the user isn't a restricted moderator in ACP -> Members -> Staff -> Moderators by their user name there. If their user name is in that list at th aforementioned location, it will only obtain those permissions. If you want them to have the "Moderators" group permission, you will need to remove that single user from the moderator list.

That is the staff directory rather than ACP -> Members -> Staff -> Moderators.
