Cannot access my forums

My site has suddenly begun issuing this error message whenever anyone attempts to access it. I'm not really sure what else can be said besides that. I only recently assumed control of the domain, and haven't the faintest idea of how to diagnose, letalone fix this issue.

It sounds like IPB can’t connect to your MySQL server. You might want to reach out to your host to troubleshoot why.

Indeed you need to check your connection details in conf_global.php . If nothing has changed in there, you need to contact your hosting company
