In trying to install the latest updates, I am receiving an EX0 Something went wrong.  Please try again error message.

It also includes Error: Undefined constant "IPS\MARKETPLACE_GUEST_TOKEN" (0)

Any suggestions?

As you're updating from an old release, you may wish to perform a manual upgrade if the automatic upgrader is causing you problems.

 

 

interesting - I will need to look into this then.  The automatic update process was going fine until we hit a firewall issue, which is what I just resolved and went to restart the updated process when all of a sudden I got this error message.  It also has now changed to read the following under applications:

Error: Call to undefined method IPS\IPS::checkThirdParty () (0)

 

I cannot even click out of the error message to review the applications or plug ins.

This would indicate you're missing files so would want to do the manual upgrade.
