Access to the Block Manager

Hi. Where do I control access to the Block Manager? I have a Group that has access, where I'd like to remove it.

You would add/remove access to this from moderator permissions. So members->Staff->Moderators, and edit the relevant entries there. It would be "Can use sidebar" you are looking for
