I updated the core and then some applications were no longer adequate, old app using php7

So I want to delete them and I'm no longer able to delete any custom applications. 
I get an HTTP ERROR 500 page

any idea how to fix the problem?

If you’re self-hosted and have FTP access to your server, send a message. It’s just a quick edit in one file and then you can delete them.
