Hello,

Over the past few days, I've noticed a large wave of spam registrations. I then realized that "Spam Defense" was deactivated. I wanted to re-enable it, but when I click on the button, I get the following error message:

2C116/2 Your license does not qualify for Spam Defense. Please contact technical support for more information.

However, my license is up to date.

It has now been reactivated, without any action on my part. I guess someone from the technical team intervened. Thanks for your help.

Glad to hear it's working now. There was no intervention on our end. Likely just an intermediate disruption which couldn't connect to the license server at the particular moment you enabled.
