i can't login in my admin panel here

my normal login with username "VELOCIPEDE" don't work and the site request an email adress???!!

I think the problem is the fact that I changed the login to the site using only the email instead of the username, but I can't remember what is my login email and I made a mistake many times and now it says account locked, how can I do to access the admin panel or change the login setting to username?
