Again, I messed up on the theme update now the default theme is light, and messed up. I need to restore the default original theme in darker background color, if there's away please show me how to, so I do not have to revert back my theme again; but if I cannot then I want and need to restore my website to September 17 please, thanks!

What happened? Can you please give us more details?

 

Would advise working with your theme's author if there are any issues as this seems to come up each time an upgrade is processed. If this is something on their end they need to resolve, you will want to work with them rather than restoring.
