IP address tools showing data from disabled modules

The Store module is disabled for all groups in my Commerce installation and still the Product Reviews keeps showing up on IP Address Tools:

 

It removes related items in other places, such as Products in search.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
