When a picture is uploaded or custom emoji is used we get the following error.  I guess there's folder permissions incorrect somewhere but I dont know where.  Any suggestions?

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

 

 

This would likely be mod_security or another security module blocking usage of this on your server. Please contact your hosting provider for assistance in either disabling this or allowing the software to perform these actions which it's blocking.
