Any way to auto tag and prefix topics created in a certain forum or by certain users?

Looking for a way to auto tag topics either created in a certain forum or by certain users.  Anything existing that does this?

There is no way in which to automatically tag topics within a forum at present unfortunately. Could I ask why it is you would want to do this? (Curious, more than anything)

It's an RSS fed forum various RSS feeds and I want to tag them a certain way for visual appeal/purpose.

Ah, got ya. There is no way in which to do this at present, but perhaps there are some 3rd party authors out there who would create something for the feeds
