Contact/Profile card buttons truncated

Do you know why these buttons are appearing truncated on my forum (I have hidden the full card for security reasons) note that I have stretched the forum to the full 27" monitor, so they should not be showing like that?

Is it simply because I have changed the 'Message' to 'Private Message' ? Anyway to make the contact card slightly larger so at least the last 2 buttons show the full content?
