[QUESTION] Can you allow users to post entries on existing blogs but not create their own blogs?

I couldn't find this in the documentation or anywhere in the forum.

Is it possible to have a blog set up where users can post entries but cannot create their own blogs?

I am assuming it is, but I want to make sure before I purchase it.

You can create a Group Blog in ACP:
