Posted March 30, 20231 yr As the title says, when I write a PM and click submit a reply, the button greys out and says saving. I have to go off the page to continue using the site, but the messages are sent, sometimes multiple times. I have disabled all third party addons but it still does it. I'm not sure what could be causing this!
March 30, 20231 yr Solution This post was recognized by Marc! Makoto was awarded the badge 'Helpful' and 5 points. How are you having emails sent on your server? Is this self-hosted or with Invision? If your mail server is very slow to respond/not responding at all, it can cause this to happen in some areas. Edited March 30, 20231 yr by Makoto
March 30, 20231 yr Author Hello, It was set on SMTP but I've changed it to PHP and it's fixed everything. It is a self-hosted incision. Thanks again 👍
