Paid: Reading Direct messages

Hello everyone,

I need someone to develop a plugin that would enable an admin to read the direct messages in the community.

The goal is to tackle suspected harassment, illegal, nefarious or other unwelcome activities on a forum.

It would be fairly simple, the admin should select a user as a sender or receiver, and a list of DMs would be shown to be read.

Option: show the users sending the most DMs to quickly detect users trying to stir trouble.
