It looks like this payment gateway is open to all countries and is not being affected by any sanctions.

I don't know anything about them but they support subscriptions, which is what we use.

Since the coinbase crypto payment gateway is no longer supported, we have no way to receive payment from our single second biggest market, the Russian Federation, yet there is no law in place that forbids us selling to them.

There is still BTCPAY Gateway App, it works on 4.7 without issues.

Wow, that's actually a lot better. It's self-hosted so there is no intermediary at all.

You can also use https://btcpayjungle.com/ if you don't want to self-host it :P

Great, so the "free" solution costs more than any other provider, and they can't even keep a website up.
