Posted November 30, 20222 yr Ran this update earlier tonight and it crashed our site beyond the index page. The topic view pages seem to be up after some time, but navigating to thread pages is still broken. Have contacted Invision support, and I'm a cloud client, but no reply in 6 hours. Rather frustrating, to be honest, to not at least get a single reply when we pay for hosting to help avoid these types of situations. We've never had this much downtime as a forum in 11 years of being with Invision. Does anyone have any recommendations to possibly self-diagnose if not outright fix the issue? November 30, 20222 yr Community Expert Solution Sorry for the delay there. This looks to have been being caused by 3rd party apps and cache on them. Disabling them from your support area rather than individually seems to have resolved the issue.
