Hi currently there’s a popup on mobile that can not be dismissed, as attached below.

IPhone 13 - Edge Browser

I have tagged a developer to this in case this is something we wish to investigate. However, we only support the native browser on a device so on the iPhone, this would be Safari.

It occasionally happens if there were certain other things happening like a service worker prompt. Just reload the page and it works again. 

Same issue has persisted over the week, every time I’m in that menu. Not just a once off for me

Unfortunately, I'm not able to reproduce this on the same device. The rank should stay attached to the bottom of the view.

I see, it's the client area. We've removed it from there.
