Recently we are experiencing exception issues with Downloads, when we update a file uploaded or even without doing it but just clicking "Save & summit new version" gives us an exception error, we need this to be solved as fast possible cause our customers wait for updates but we can't publish it due the problem already mentioned.

Could contain: Text, Business Card, Paper, File

Please go to support in your admin CP and ensure you have applied all patches showing there. If you have and still have the issue, please update all access details on file.

We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

Patches are seen in the support section of your admin CP, and are separate to main upgrades
