I am installing on the same URL after a website crash. 

I keep getting error that the site already has an installation

 

Error_ "An installation has already been activated for this license key. Your license key entitles you to one installation only. If you need to change the URL associated with your license, contact IPS technical support.

Is the URL you are installing it on EXACTLY the same as the one defined in your client area?  It should literally exactly match for it to work.  Otherwise just reset your license key from the same spot you checked it at.  

As mentioned by Randy, you will want to ensure that the URL you are installing at is 100% what is on file down to HTTP/HTTPS and www/non-www. 

When going to the URL we have on file, I am seeing an installed software so looks like you got this working but if you did not, please clarify.

You should be installing the latest release of the platform if you are installing a new release. I notive this has been marked with a solution. Have you since resolved this yourself?
