Hi - I've installed two plugins from the marketplace and I need to remove them, but neither one of them is showing on the plugins page: 

Am I looking in the wrong place? I also can't seem to find any settings for either of them, but if I go to the plugin in the marketplace, they both tell me that they're already installed. 

You’ll want to also check ACP > Systems > Applications. 

UPDATE: This was a problem with our hosting platform. It's resolved now. 🙂
