I have searched in the forum but I can't find an answer for the ability to add skin in the left and right margin of the Forum (two different images). I have found posts about changing the background image but not for the skin.

Is there this functionality?

with term "skin" I mean two vertical little stripes with images in the left and right of the forum which ideally always appears when you scroll in the page.
