When i choose  member from the acp

and try to login as that member

i get this message

You need to check your htaccess first of all, ensuring you have nothing in there but our default htaccess content. Your server is incorrectly redirecting at some point, and this is the most likely cause

The Host team updated the  htaccess , and it is now working
