Facebook / Instagram Embed posts

Hello,

 

I'm not sure exactly since when this started, but Facebook and Instagram embed posts are not working on my website:

 

Twitter works fine. Instagram throws the same error Facebook does, and if I copy the embed code I see an empty Instagram post:

 

What should I do to fix this? I have read the guide here, but I do not see this option available on my Facebook App:
