Is there a way to copy Submission Terms from one download category to every category?

I just noticed that on the Submissions under Downloads categories that there isn't a gear option that allows you to copy the setting.  Is there an easy way to copy File Submission Terms from one category across all categories?  I really don't want to go through 100+ categories and add it to them all manually.

Nope, that option isn’t available in Editor fields.
