Hi

I'm trying to migrate my wpForo forums over to IPB but when using the converter I can't get to step 3 for some reason.

I have selected wpForo as the software I'm converting from and then have chosen to convert Member and System Information along with Forum and Topic Data.

Unfortunately that's as far as I get. Once I click Supply Database Details it send me back to choosing the software.

Any help would be appreciated.

You cannot convert your old platform over to cloud yourself, as you need file access and you cannot connect to a database remotely. If thats what you are trying to do, please reach out to our sales team, who will be able to advise on your options.
