Add Change Author to Mod Options for Pages Articles?

Is there a way to configure something so that admin or mods can change an article author from the front end Edit view? In other words, to add this:

My wandering around hasn't turned up a setting or version-current marketplace plugin. Thanks for a pointer, if it's possible 🙂
