Hi guys,

Had a few members report that they are not receiving badges. Have just tried on a dummy account and seems that some of our automated badge rules aren't working. Is this a known bug with a solution? We've had this issue since the last update a while back and haven't changed any rules or badge settings.

Before we go any further, please could you upgrade to the 4.6.10 version that was released a few hours ago, as this has fixes for the achievements system.

Have just installed. Will check and report back on the badge rules!

Ok just tested and doesn't seem to have fixed it. Namely on this test I created a dummy account, joined a club and should have received a badge for joining a first club. Nothing came through. FYI on our community we changed the name of clubs to Tribes.

Please could you provide me with the name of the member who you just tested with? I can then take a look for you
