Would like to offer sale of service via Commence but there is tiny option missing to disable quantity selection from front end. In other words to allow to buy one at a time but in general can buy multiple.

It falls in a bit of conflict when we have product fields assigned and the fields are configured to adjust price. So, if buyer will set Quantity: 3 then he will pay 3x base price + 1x fields adjustments.

Disabling stock control for specific packages would make the job, so it would be possible to buy only one at a time.

Did you ever find a solution to disable quantity selection from front end?

No, I left it as is for now hoping IPS will fix it by adding option to allow or not to allow select quantity upon purchase.
