And with understanding that it's possibly the login handler causing the overall issue, is there a way that I can disable everything about the login handler through the database?

I have split this into a new topic. It looks like the init.php file may be out of date. Please upload a fresh set of files from your client area first of all, and see if this resolves your issue

Did that resolve the problem?
