Limit messages to some user groups

Will be a great function to limit by privileges to send private messages only to group users permited.

For example: Subscriptors only can send to administrators and moderators.

Now not exist any limit, only can deactivate the meesage app for every user group but not is the best solution.

Can you consider for upcoming updates?

    @A Zayed Can you tell me what this plugin was or who made it? It sounds like what I need but unfortunately I cant see it anymore.
