I see, each time the orange box there, the members can login no need verify complete profile, u can check here when u edit groups members or guest

Have you set these items to be required on profile completion and users have not filled these out? If so, could you please update your access information in the Client Area so we can look at your configuration?

Yes, i just remove all IP, upload again backup. So it's working now.

You can test by Edit Group Members and change Something, and see what happen with Profile Complete.
Also, i updated ClientArea Info.

After completing registration, I am hitting your Profile Completion rules in ACP -> Members -> Profiles -> Profile Completion:

 

Ah, tks u. I see the problem is i disable member can't edit information in groups, it's go to problem. and one thing is i selected profile field "facebook + phone", but data don't include when download members list like picture below.

Sorry, please could you reword this, as Im unsure what to mean here.
