Setting a border around all uploaded photo attachments?

Is there a way to create any sort of a border around all photo attachments added in forum posts? I'm not even very particular about the look, so a small line or a thick one.

Like add it to the image? Or are you looking to differentiate between uploaded images and linked images?

Here's an example. I've got a Mod posting photo "how tos" for other Mods. Since it's screencaps of the forum itself, the photos really blend in. I'd just like a small line border or something to come up every time a photo is added to any post. Thanks!

Well, we have Pages. But no . . . these are regular posts that can be added to.
