The themes are "stuck" in the archive

I turned off archiving, but the topics do not want to leave the archive. The rest of the tasks are running, so the script works. How can I get themes from the archive now?

When you disable archiving, topics get flagged to be unarchived, and then an unarchive task runs periodically to remove the topics from the archive. This can take some time.
