MFirehouse Posted October 19, 2020 Posted October 19, 2020 It threw an error about the favicon (which has been in place since I put the site together a week ago). Ran the support tool, disabled all, and then decided to just delete the favi. Things were cool then when I reloaded the site, they went haywire. I have in a support ticket but I don't like this new ZenDesk thing; on earlier support versions, you could mark an issue as Urgent or Regular. This is urgent as my site is effectively offline. Anyone else have issues with 4.5.3 on the cloud host right now?

MFirehouse Posted October 19, 2020 Author Posted October 19, 2020 It was apparently some cloud issues on Invision's end. Super frustrating. I'm a long-time Invision user (have two other communities, one cloud, one self-host) but this something like this could be a dealbreaker for a new user. Support said it was fixed but it just threw a 502 error now. 😐
MFirehouse Posted October 20, 2020 Author Posted October 20, 2020 Update - not a cloud issue. They first told me it was a theme issue because of "easy theme wizard" but it's not that either apparently. Site is okay right now but for how long?

This was a cloud issue, which just took a little longer to be corrected. Sorry for the trouble, it has been corrected as of this morning.
