To configure who can access which areas of your site, go to Admin CP → System → Applications.  And this one: Sorry, there is a problem The page you are trying to access is not available for your account. Error code: 2C349/2 I do not remember when this on occurred. Invision Community v4.4.10 Thank you for the help solving this! Â
Daniel F Posted August 16, 2020 Posted August 16, 2020 2C349/2 happens when clubs are disabled 2S100/2 means that the module permissions don't allow members and admins to access this page. Have you changed recently anything under  Admin CP → System → Applications ?
tinoky Posted August 16, 2020 Author Posted August 16, 2020 (edited) Yes clubs is disabled. I did that not that long ago. I've been trying to figure out what those module permissions, because of the error. Before that I do not think so, let's say I do not remember. I did add Gallery a couple of weeks ago. PS Happens now when they want to access the homepage. 😞   Edited August 16, 2020 by tinoky
bfarber Posted August 17, 2020 Posted August 17, 2020 Visit the page referenced, expand each application and check the permissions for each module.
tinoky Posted August 17, 2020 Author Posted August 17, 2020 @bfarber What do you mean with "page referenced"? I go to site features / applications. I've checked the permissions several times, also enabled Clubs again.
bfarber Posted August 18, 2020 Posted August 18, 2020 AdminCP > Applications. Expand the System application and make sure the "Clubs" module permissions are set correctly.
tinoky Posted August 18, 2020 Author Posted August 18, 2020 (edited) Thanks, I've done that, it looks the issue has been solved. Time will learn. Question: Why Clubs needs to be enabled and with the correct permissions? We do not use Clubs [may never happen, but who knows]. Edited August 18, 2020 by tinoky
Daniel F Posted August 18, 2020 Posted August 18, 2020 You shouldn’t see this error at all when clubs are disabled. Could you please clarify where exactly you’re seeing the error? Is probably better to submit a ticket so that we can investigate this better.Â
tinoky Posted August 21, 2020 Author Posted August 21, 2020 Well right now it appears to have been solved. I will submits a ticket when it pops up again. Thanks for the help. Â
